Currently we only ship to the United Kingdom, excluding the Channel Islands.
We offer a fast despatch service and promise that orders placed before 1pm (Monday-Friday) will be despatched on the same day, using the customer's specified postal option. Orders placed after 1pm will be shipped next working day. Orders placed on a weekend (ie after 1pm on Friday) will be despatched on the following Monday.
If your item is temporarily out of stock, we will attempt to contact you by e-mail within 24 hours to offer either a full refund, or to offer a realistic estimate of despatch should you be happy to wait for re-stocking.
DELIVERY
We offer FREE standard 2nd Class delivery on any order no matter how small, and there is no minimum order value when placing an order. The price that you see is the price that you pay.
Standard 2nd Class delivery is supplied by Royal Mail, and the estimated delivery time is 2-4 working days from the despatch date.
If you require your order quickly, we also offer 1st class delivery for 80p - this has an estimated delivery of 1-2 days from despatch.
NOTE: We reserve the right to change the delivery method to an equivalent or better alternative for any reason and at our discretion. For example we may decide to send a standard delivery by a tracked or signed for service. We guarantee that your order will never be sent by an inferior service than the one selected.
