A multi-fibres blend, with a minimum 513mg of dietary fibre per capsule.

Derived from a range of naturally high-fibre foods, such as psyllium husk, rhubarb, broccoli, flaxseed, sugar beet fibre, prune, fenugreek seed, apple pectin, fig fruit, carrot and fennel seed.

These food ingredients provide more than just roughage…They offer high quality dietary fibre (both soluble and insoluble), as well as cellulose, pectin, hemicellulose, lignin and gums.

Fibre is a key ingredient in a healthy, varied and balanced diet.

One of the reasons it is important is the fact that dietary fibre helps to increase the weight and size of your stool, as well as soften it.

Sugar beet fibre (included in this formula), in particular, contributes to an increase in faecal bulk in two ways:

1. the insoluble components of the fibre increase faecal bulk by absorbing water in the large intestine.
2. while the soluble components are fermented by bacteria in the large intestine leading to an increase in bacterial mass.

Ingredients

Psyllium Husk Powder (Plantago ovata), Capsule Shell: Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose (HPMC), Flaxseed Powder (Linum usitatissimum), Sugar Beet Fibre Powder (Beta Vulgaris), Stoneground Brown Rice Flour (Oryza Sativa), Apple Pectin Powder (Malus pumila), Rhubarb Root Extract (Rheum Palmatum), Fenugreek Seed Extract (Trigonella Foenum-Graecum), Prune Juice Extract (Prunus Salicinas), Broccoli Extract (Brassica Oleracea), Fig Fruit Extract (Ficus Carica), Carrot Powder (Daucus carota), Fennel Seed Extract (Foeniculum Vulgare).

Usage

Take 1 or 2 capsules, 1 to 3 times per day or adjust intake as required.

Always take with a minimum of 250ml of water.

Ideally take before an evening meal or split total intake over 2 meals.
