Our Inulin 250g is a handy powder that uses Inulin extracted from chicory. It can be added to any food or drink and is a simple way to support your gut. Each 5g serving of this 100% natural supplement provides 4.4g of fibre.

Directions

Mix 1-2 teaspoons (2-5g) daily into water, shakes, smoothies, juice or yogurt. Do not exceed the recommended intake.
