This food supplement contains:

• Magnesium from four sources (magnesium oxide, magnesium hydroxide, magnesium sulphate heptahydrate, magnesium citrate)
• Dietary fibre (from sugar beet fibre and fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS)
• Ascorbic acid (vitamin C), citric acid and citrus bioflavonoids
• And apple cider vinegar powder.

Sugar beet fibre (a source of both soluble and insoluble dietary fibre) has been included in this formulation, because it contributes to an increase in faecal bulk.

Magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue, electrolyte balance, normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal functioning of the nervous system, normal muscle function, normal protein synthesis, normal psychological function, the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, and it has a role in the process of cell division.

Vitamin C contributes to maintaining the normal function of the immune system. It also contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of blood vessels, bones, cartilage, gums, skin and teeth, normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal functioning of the nervous system, normal psychological function, protection of cells from oxidative stress, the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, the regeneration of the reduced form of vitamin E and increases iron absorption.

Ingredients

Magnesium Oxide, Magnesium Hydroxide, Capsule Shell: Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose (HPMC), Magnesium Sulphate heptahydrate, Magnesium Citrate, Sugar Beet Fibre Powder (Beta Vulgaris), Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid), Fructo-oligosaccharides, Rice Extract (Oryza Sativa), Citric Acid, Stoneground Brown Rice Flour (Oryza Sativa), Citrus Bioflavanoids Complex, Apple Cider Vinegar Powder (Malus Sylvestris).

Usage

Take 2 capsules (1 serving) on an empty stomach, 1 to 3 times per day. Adjust intake to suit your requirements or as advised. Follow with a glass of grapefruit juice, orange juice or freshly-squeezed lemon juice in water (or just water). Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
