Your Right To Cancel

We offer a no quibble 60 day return policy. To return your goods simply contact us by e-mail or letter and send the goods back no later than the 60th day after the receipt of your purchase.

You can alternatively print out and send us the "Returns Form" (available on this website) along with your returned order, although it is not obligatory for you to do so. If you choose this method, the form and goods should be sent back to us no later than the 60th day after the receipt of your purchase. 

Please note that goods must be sent back sealed and unopened for "change of mind" returns. In the event of the consumer receiving faulty or damaged goods from us, the rule regarding unopened and sealed goods shall not apply.

We do not accept cancellations by telephone.

Return Postage Costs

The return postage costs shall be paid by the consumer for all "change of mind" returns. We also recommend that the consumer obtains and keeps a certificate of postage for the returned goods (see "Refund Information" further down this page).

For returns where we are at fault, we will pay the return postage costs for the most economical means of returning the product to us, which would normally be 2nd Class standard postage. We will not re-imburse premium return postage unless agreed with the consumer prior to the return. Please contact us for advice on methods of return.

Refund Information

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you with the full cost of your purchase, within a maximum of 14 days of:
(i) Receiving your return back to us 
(ii) If earlier, where you can provide either a proof of postage certificate or tracking number.  
(iii) When no goods have been supplied, your notification of cancellation.

We are unable to refund any extra postage paid by the consumer for the original purchase (ie where the consumer has paid to upgrade to premium postage from free postage), unless we are at fault. 

We may make a deduction from your reimbursement in cases where there is a loss of value from the goods supplied, if the loss of value is the result of unnecessary handling or carelessness of the consumer.

We will make the reimbursement using the same method as used for the original transaction.
